Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 November 2026
This policy explains what Pocket Money Machine does with information when you use pocketmoneymachine.com and your account in the members area at https://members.pocketmoneymachine.com. Pocket Money Machine is a private company. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government entity or programme, any bank, any internet provider, any phone carrier, any employer or any payment processor. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform, or by any of the third-party companies whose offers or programmes are mentioned inside the members area.
The short version
- We do not run an analytics service, an advertising pixel or any other tracking script on these pages.
- What you do inside the members area — your sign-in, your checklist progress, anything you type in — is kept in your own browser on your own device. It is not sent to us.
- Your payment details are handled by Explodely, our retailer and payment gateway. We never see or store your card number.
- We do not sell or rent information about you to anyone.
What the members area keeps in your browser
The members area is a set of plain pages with a small script. Everything it remembers is written to your own browser’s local storage on your own device. It stays on that device, it is not transmitted to Pocket Money Machine or anyone else, and we cannot read it. That includes:
- The email address you type into the members area sign-in, along with a flag recording that you have signed in and a flag recording whether you have already seen the welcome offer. That sign-in exists so the member pages open for you and not for a stranger with the link. It is not an account on a server, and the form does not send the address to us.
- Your setup checklist progress — which steps of the 60 second setup and the lessons after it you have ticked off.
- Anything you log inside the members area yourself, such as names, dates and amounts you type in, plus any totals a page works out from them.
- Small page-state values, such as which sections you have opened, so a page behaves consistently when you reload it.
Because all of this lives in your browser, clearing your browsing data, using private browsing, or switching to another browser or device will clear it, and your member pages will start empty there. We have no copy to restore.
Information we do receive
- Email you send us. If you write to pocket@prioritysupportv.zendesk.com we have your email address and whatever you put in your message. Our support desk runs on Zendesk, a third-party help desk service, so your message is stored there on our behalf. We keep it so we can answer you and so we have a record of support and refund requests.
- Purchase records from Explodely. When you buy, Explodely processes the payment and tells us an order was made, with the name and email you gave at checkout and the product bought. We use that to send you your members area login details and to handle support. We never receive your full card number and we never store card details.
- Email you choose to receive. The address you buy with is used to send you your login details, and may also be used to send you occasional product emails. Every one of those carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your members area access.
No analytics and no advertising pixels
At the time of this update there is no analytics tool, advertising pixel, remarketing tag, session recorder or similar tracking script in these pages, and we do not set our own cookies to follow you around. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live. Advertising platforms that show you an advert for this product may track the click on their own side, under their own terms, before you ever arrive here.
Other companies whose code or services are involved
- Explodely. Checkout, billing and refunds run through Explodely, the retailer of record for Pocket Money Machine purchases. Charges appear on your statement under Explodely. Anything you enter on an Explodely checkout or support page is covered by Explodely’s own privacy policy, not this one.
- Zendesk. Our support inbox, pocket@prioritysupportv.zendesk.com, is a Zendesk help desk. Messages you send us are held there under Zendesk’s own terms as our service provider.
- Google Fonts. Our pages load the Space Grotesk and Inter typefaces from Google’s font servers, so your browser makes a request to Google to fetch the font files. That request carries the ordinary technical details any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type. Google’s own privacy terms cover it.
- Third-party programmes mentioned in the members area. The members area teaches affiliate marketing and names outside companies, networks and tools. If you sign up with one of them you give your details to that company directly, under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to that, we do not receive your application, and those companies are not Pocket Money Machine products.
- Our web host. As with any website, our host handles the technical request that serves you a page, which involves the usual server-side connection details.
Your home internet and your phone
The setup taught inside the members area is something you do yourself, on your own network, on your own equipment. We do not connect to your phone, your home network or your devices, and we never ask for your phone password, your internet provider account login or your network details. No part of this site reads anything about your home network. If anyone ever asks you for those details in our name, it is not us.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not build advertising profiles about you. We do not read the data in your members area, because it never leaves your browser.
Keeping and deleting information
Support email is kept as long as we need it to handle your request and to keep a record of orders and refunds. Data stored in your browser is yours to delete at any time by clearing your browser’s data for this site. To ask what support correspondence we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, write to pocket@prioritysupportv.zendesk.com from the address you bought with. Order and refund records held by Explodely are subject to Explodely’s own policies and retention rules, and some records have to be kept for accounting and anti-fraud reasons even after a deletion request.
Children
This site and the Pocket Money Machine product are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
Pages are served over an encrypted connection and payment details go straight to Explodely rather than to us. No system can be promised to be perfectly secure, and data you keep in your own browser is only as protected as the device it sits on.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
